Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2025-113 authorizing the City Manager to execute dedication documents to the public for roadway, drainage, and public utility purposes from a City owned parcel identified as Peoria Place Replat Lot 1B at Whitney Drive and Cotton Crossing. |

During the design process of the Whitney Drive, Cotton Crossing to Monroe Street Project (EN00806), additional land rights were identified from the City owned parcel identified as Peoria Place Replat Lot 1B. Staff seeks to establish a public record of the location of these land rights and establish a corridor for future public utilities. |

- Whitney Drive design and construction contracts were approved administratively.

Staff recommends that City Council approve the adoption of the attached Resolution authorizing the execution of the land right dedications from the City owned parcel. |
