| Abandonment of City Interest, Water Line Easement, Butler Drive and 75th Avenue |

Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2025-112 abandoning the City’s interest in a portion of a certain Easement for Public Water Line as recorded in Maricopa County Recorder's Document Number 2021-0612818 located north of Butler Drive and east of 75th Avenue (R250032). |
| | | | | | | | Summary:
As part of the Younger Bros site renovation, the property owners dedicated a water line easement to capture the location of the onsite waterline. Current site improvements require the relocation of a portion of the previously captured waterline. The property owners have dedicated a replacement easement for the location of relocated waterline.

- 8/17/21 - Council approved the acceptance of the original water line easement

Staff recommends that City Council approve the adoption of the attached Resolution authorizing the abandonment of a portion of a water line easement located north of Butler Drive east of 75th Avenue. |

There is no fiscal impact to the City associated with releasing this easement area. |
