| Minor General Plan Amendment, Travesio, 95th Avenue and Happy Valley Road |

Discussion and possible action to concur with the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation to adopt RES 2026-13, amending the General Plan Land Use designation for 8.9 acres from Mixed-Use Neighborhood Village (12-20 dwelling units per acre) to Traditional Residential (2-5 dwelling units per acre). The proposed change is within a portion of the overall 56.1-acre site. The site is located at the northwest corner of 95th Avenue and Happy Valley Road. |

This request has been proposed in combination with the associated rezoning request Case Z25-10. These cases will be presented together but will be considered in separate actions.
Please note that the associated staff report, exhibits, and findings for the subject case are contained within the materials for Case Z25-10 to avoid redundancy. |

- On January 8, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing regarding this case. There were two (2) speakers present from the general public who spoke against the request.
- The Commission voted 5-0, recommending approval of the Minor General Plan Amendment.
