Discussion and possible action to approve the termination of the existing employment agreement and initiation of a separation agreement with the outgoing City Manager.

Henry Darwin's appointment as City Manager is captured as an employment agreement. This agenda item discusses mutual agreement to terminate the existing employment agreement and replace it with a separation agreement. The attached separation agreement has been prepared for Council consideration. |
