Discussion and possible action to: (a) approve a settlement in the amount of $100,000 to settle a claim brought by William Schwartz against the City of Peoria; (b) authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to settle the claim; and (c) approve a budget amendment in the amount of $100,000 from Contingency to the Insurance Reserve Fund. |
