Discussion and possible action on a request to obtain a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow a Day Care Group Home for the purpose of an adult day training facility on approximately 2 acres. The site is located at 6902 W Cactus Road.

Presentation and possible discussion regarding upcoming cases under consideration within the 2024 Major General Plan Amendment cycle. This item is for discussion only, no action will be taken.

 

5RProject Update: North Peoria Gateway (Z24-03)

Presentation and possible discussion regarding an upcoming rezone request for a 1,620 acre project known as North Peoria Gateway. The site is generally located south of Lone Mountain Boulevard on both sides of the Loop 303 to the Calle Lejos Road alignment. This item is for discussion only, no action will be taken. 

 

6RProject Update: Downtown Code Amendment and Osuna Park Area Rezone

Presentation and possible discussion regarding upcoming concurrent city-initiated actions within Downtown Peoria pertaining to development regulations and sign standards associated with Downtown Peoria; and 2) Rezone request for Osuna Park from Planned Area Development (PAD) and General Agricultural (AG) to Downtown / Commercial Mixed-Use (D/CM). This item is for discussion only, no action will be taken.
