4C.Appointment of Administrative Hearing Officers

Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2025-103 to appoint Administrative Hearing Officers for a two-year term.

5C.Chapter 27 Fee Ordinance - revision and clean up
Discussion and possible action to adopt ORD. 2025-28 correcting clerical errors and clarifying fee alterations in Chapter 27 of City Code previously adopted by Council 
6C.Grant, State of Arizona Department of Public Safety, Victims of Crime Act, Victim Assistance Grant Program

Discussion and possible action to: (a) authorize the Peoria Police Department to accept a grant in the amount of $178,396 from the Arizona Department of Public Safety, Victims of Crime Act, Victim Assistance Grant Program to fund personnel, a victim assistance software program renewal, and emergency victim assistance supplies and services for the Victim Assistance Program; (b) approve a budget amendment in the amount of $178,396 from the Proposed Grants Contingency Fund to the Victims of Crime Act Grant Fund.

7C.Tohono O’odham Nation Tribal Grant - Non-profit Pass-Through, TheaterWorks

Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2025-104 Authorizing the City of Peoria to act as the pass-through municipality for local TheaterWorks, a local 501(c)(3) organization awarded grant funding from Tohono O’odham Nation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

8C.Intergovernmental Agreement; Maricopa County HOME Consortium; Use of Federal Fiscal Year 2025 HOME Investment Partnership Program Grant Funds; Annual Allocation

Discussion and possible action to: (a) approve an amendment to the Federal Fiscal Year 2022 Intergovernmental Agreement (LCON06921C) with Maricopa County governing the City’s annual HOME Investment Partnership Program grant allocation to include the Federal Fiscal Year 2025 (current) allocation of $270,017 in accordance with budget authority previously approved by Council; and (b) adopt RES. 2025-105 authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute Administrative Change Orders and Addenda associated with the Agreement; and (c) authorize Staff to execute all required documents.

9C.Deeds and Easements, Various Locations

Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2025-106 accepting Deeds and Easements for various Real Property interests acquired by the City. The deeds and easements have been recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office and this process will formally accept them into the system.

10R.Creation of Two Capital Improvement Program Projects and Budget Transfer for Peoria Innovation Core Infrastructure Design Services

Discussion and possible action to: (a) authorize the creation of two new capital improvement program projects and (b) approve a budget transfer in the amount of $3,300,000, to allow for the commencement of design services.  

11R.Intergovernmental Agreement, Arizona Department of Revenue, Infrastructure Improvements at Amkor Technology

Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2025-108 authorizing the City Manager to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Peoria and the Arizona Department of Revenue for distribution of funds to the City under Arizona Revised Statutes § 42-5032.02.

12R.Intergovernmental Agreement, West-MEC, Ground Lease
Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2025-107 authorizing the City Manager to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement and a Ground Lease Agreement with WESTERN MARICOPA EDUCATION CENTER CAREER AND TECHNICAL DISTRICT for the purpose of constructing a Career and Technical Education campus on City owned property at FIVE North.
