Discussion and possible action to adopt  RES. 2025-91 approving the exchange of 104-acre parcel in the newly purchased Core 2 with Amkor Technology for 56-acres (parcel D-15/16) located in FIVE North at Vistancia.

3R.Amkor, City of Peoria Economic Development Amendment No. 3

Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2025-92 authorizing the amendment of the Amkor Technology City of Peoria Economic Development Agreement.

4R.Amkor, City of Peoria License Agreement
Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2025-93 approving a license agreement to Amkor Technologies to enter and conduct early construction activities on 104-acre parcel in Core 2 prior to closing escrow on a land exchange agreement.
5R.Termination of Joint Development Agreement between Vistancia, Amkor and City of Peoria

Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2025-95 terminating 3-party agreement governing the construction of improvements in FIVE North.

6R.Vistancia and City of Peoria Development Agreement Amendment No. 4

Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2025-94 modifying agreements between Vistancia and City of Peoria to maintain and/or establish expectations for the development and saleable rights to 56-acres of real property in FIVE North.

7R.Contingency Budget Transfer for Roadway Improvements in FIVE North

Discussion and possible action to approve a budget transfer increasing the Capital Improvement Program budget for project ED00036 by $2.05M to complete half-street improvements around all sides of the 56-acres of FIVE North property.

8R.Contingency Budget Transfer for Core 2 Development

Discussion and possible action to approve a budget amendment in the amount of $33,300,000 from the City’s contingency appropriation to fully purchase (patent) approximately 144 acres of the parcel recently acquired from State Land as well as advance funding for the 96th Avenue sewer utility, a collector road and drainage projects in Peoria Innovation Core 2.
