4C.Grants, Arizona Department of Homeland Security, Statewide Disaster Response Program

Discussion and possible action to: (a) authorize the acceptance of two grants from the Arizona State Department of Homeland Security totaling $58,000, and (b) approve a budget amendment in the amount of $58,000 from the Contingency Fund to the Arizona State Department of Homeland Security Grants Fund.

Discussion and possible action to: (a) authorize acceptance of a United States Department of Justice, Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant in the amount of $40,227; and (b) approve a budget amendment in the amount of $40,227 from the Contingency fund to the Justice Assistance Grant fund.

6C.Contract, MGC Contractors, Inc., Central Arizona Project Pump Station Rehabilitation Project

Discussion and possible action to approve a contract in the amount of $1,909,448 with MGC Contractors, Inc. to provide long lead equipment procurement services for Phase 1 of the Central Arizona Project Pump Station Rehabilitation Project, in accordance with budget authority previously approved by Council

 

 

7C.Agreement, Enterprise Resource Planning Extension

Discussion and possible action to approve a budget amendment in the amount of $787,000 from the General Fund Contingency account to Information Technology to extend the existing Master Agreement with Oracle for the licensing of the PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning system for three years.

8C.Final Plat, Marketplace at Vistancia, Southeast Corner El Mirage Road and Lone Mountain Road

Discussion and possible action to approve a Final Plat of Marketplace at Vistancia, located on the Southeast Corner of El  Mirage Road and Lone Mountain Road. Subject to stipulations. 

9C.Final Plat, Buckskin Estates, 71st Avenue and Bronco Trail

Discussion and possible action to approve a Final Plat of Buckskin Estates, located on 71st Avenue and Bronco Trail. Subject to stipulations.

10C.Deeds and Easements, Various Locations

Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2023-106 accepting Deeds and Easements for various Real Property interests acquired by the City. The deeds and easements have been recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office and this process will formally accept them into the system.

11C.Liquor License Application, Tiki Star, 9788 West Northern Avenue

Discussion and possible action to recommend approval to the State Liquor Board for a New Restaurant (Series 12) Liquor License for Tiki Star, located at 9788 West Northern Avenue Suite 1400, Mario A. Rana, Applicant, LL#23-010977.

Discussion and possible action to award a contract in the amount of $1,805,008 to contractor, Nesbitt Contracting Company, Inc. pursuant to Job Order Contract, ACON09322 for Pavement Maintenance and Repair Services for 83rd Avenue; Thunderbird Road to Skunk Creek Bridge.

14R.Intergovernmental Agreement, Maricopa County, Construction and Maintenance of Sidewalks Within Maricopa County Right-of-Way, East Side of 99th Avenue

Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2023-105 approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with Maricopa County for the construction and maintenance of sidewalks within Maricopa County right-of-way along the East side of 99th Avenue, in accordance with budget authority previously approved by Council.
